The RWorld Community Foundation unifies several foundations that have transitioned over the years. We have served the community as the St. Lucie Attainable Housing Foundation, Pay It Forward Foundation, and St. Lucie Charitable Foundation.
2003
St. Lucie Attainable Housing Foundation
The Foundation was established to provide financial assistance for affordable housing to St. Lucie County residents.
2010
Pay It Forward Foundation Member Financial Relief
The Foundation was established to provide financial aid to association members facing financial hardship.
2020
St. Lucie Charitable Foundation Rebranded
The St. Lucie Attainable Housing Foundation was rebranded and renamed, but its core remained the same in St. Lucie.

The RWorld Community Foundation was created to formalize a long-standing commitment to community service across Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.
For years, Realtors® in our region have supported local causes through volunteerism, housing initiatives, and community partnerships. The Foundation brings structure and strategy to that work, aligning financial assistance, service, and collaboration to ensure support is delivered thoughtfully, transparently, and where it’s needed most.
Today, the Foundation serves as a centralized platform for giving and service, strengthening communities through both funding and action.
